By using this website or purchasing from Twinkle White, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.

Products

Twinkle White supplies LED teeth whitening devices and associated gels, powders, and accessories for cosmetic at-home use. Our products are not a substitute for professional dental advice or treatment. Consult a dentist if you have existing dental conditions, restorations, pregnancy, or are under 18.

Orders and payment

All prices are in NZD and inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or your chosen provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Shipping

Orders ship from Auckland, New Zealand. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days. International delivery times vary. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and Results Guarantee

Our 30-Day Results Guarantee applies only to whitening kits (Signature LED Kit, Black Edition Wireless Kit, Advanced Waterproof IPX7 Kit). If you have used your device consistently (minimum 10 treatments) and have seen no visible improvement, we will offer a full refund under our 30-Day Results Guarantee.

The Results Guarantee does not apply to refill gel pens, Glowfilter whitening powder, or cosmetic accessories.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless covered under our Results Guarantee.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, copy, logos, and product designs, is the property of Twinkle White Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without written permission.

Liability

Twinkle White products are supplied on an "as is" basis. While we take every care to ensure safety and efficacy, we cannot be held liable for misuse, allergic reaction, or any outcome arising from use outside the provided instructions. Your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.
