Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless covered under our 30-Day Results Guarantee on whitening kits. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

If you have used your whitening kit consistently (minimum 10 treatments) and have seen no visible improvement, we will offer a full refund under our 30-Day Results Guarantee. This applies to our whitening kits only (Signature LED, Black Edition, Advanced Waterproof IPX7). Refills, Glowfilter powder, and accessories are not covered.
