We stand behind our whitening kits. If your Signature LED Kit, Black Edition Wireless, or Advanced Waterproof IPX7 kit doesn't deliver visible results, we'll refund you.

30-Day Results Guarantee (whitening kits only)

If you have used your device consistently (minimum 10 treatments) and have seen no visible improvement, we will offer a full refund under our 30-Day Results Guarantee.

This guarantee covers the Signature LED Kit, Black Edition Wireless Kit, and Advanced Waterproof IPX7 Kit. It does not apply to refill gel pens, Glowfilter whitening powder, or cosmetic accessories.

Hygiene policy on returns

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless covered under our Results Guarantee. Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email hello@twinklewhite.co.nz with your order number and the reason for return. For a Results Guarantee claim, please include the dates of your 10 treatments. Our NZ-based team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with next steps.

Return shipping is customer-paid unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover the cost.
